Focus Activity Centre is a community-based environment for people with a mental illness, where you are able to focus on your recovery.
We offer a linking back into life, offering a social and vocational recovery service.
The Activity Centre is a pathway to being actively involved in the community, encouraging a meaningful and active life, assisting to build self confidence and acquire new skills.
Focus Activity Centre can help by:
- exploring opportunities for community participation
- developing goals that focus on community integration
- providing on-going support and motivation
Operating five days a week from 9am - 3pm with a range of onsite and off-site activities.
Some of our past activities/groups are:
- cooking skills
- computer skills
- walking for fitness
- carpentry skills
