Offered across Otago and Southland, Able Minds’ experienced Timeout Contact supervisors work alongside children and their significant family or whānau who are undergoing challenges associated with whānau separation. Our neutral, supervised contact service helps establishes and maintains family bonds and creates positive memories through the facilitation of safe and meaningful contact.
Our supervisors can also provide (for a fee), a changeover transportation service that provides qualified staff to facilitate the movement of children between households. This allows parents to avoid direct contact especially during high conflict situations.
